Lawrence Amaturo
is a co-owner of Nissan of Santa Rosa and it’s ‘marketing guy’. While not involved in the dealership’s day-to-day affairs of selling and servicing cars, Mr. Amaturo works with Mr. Bone and Mr. Richardson on the dealership’s longer term issues; particularly the creation and development of California’s very first LEED Certified car dealership.
In addition to his duties at Nissan, Mr. Amaturo is the Managing Partner of New Generation Media, a nationwide media sales consultancy firm, and the Chairman of the Board of New Northwest Broadcasters, a privately held broadcasting company of 37 radio stations based in Seattle, WA. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of Amaturo Broadcasting of Santa Rosa and the sales & marketing director for Amaturo Groups of Los Angeles, Austin, TX, and Riverside, CA.
Mr. Amaturo’s marketing roots were grown at Johnson & Johnson’s “Tylenol Company” in the 1980’s where he became a National Brand Manager of several household products. He is a graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and the University of the South. He also serves on the boards of the Wells Fargo Center for the Performing Arts, Salvation Army of Santa Rosa, Sonoma Academy High School and the United Way of the Wine Country. He is married to Dr. Susan Amaturo, and they have some amazing little twin girls.
